Planning
This is for a project that I haven't properly started. The idea is to make a program that will, given a finite set of IPs available to a server, set up the network configuration and firewalls, generate DNS records for desired domains, and provide the necessary details for dowmstream services (like mail, HTTP, etc.) to listen on the right ports and IPs.
If that seems overly complicated, that's because I need to explain it better. Ultimately, the goal is to replace a big chunk of the boilerplate I use in my server init scripts with a more properly configured thing.
The name "lonk" comes from, of course, the memey version of the Hero of Time.
